What we look for
- People who have been a teacher, are close to a teacher, or have spent enough time in classrooms to feel the work in their bones.
- People who can hold "ship fast" and "be right" at the same time. We grade student work; wrong answers have consequences for real kids.
- People who think in outcomes, not features. We would rather a teacher quietly say "this changed my Friday" than have a flashy dashboard nobody opens.
- People who write clearly. Most of the work is making complicated things simple.
What we hire for
We hire across engineering, product, design, content, and operations as the work demands it. We do not maintain a public job board — instead, we read every cold email and respond to every one.
